Slack Integration
The Slack Integration allows you to send engagement data from Tourial directly to a designated Slack channel by creating the channel first, then connecting it through the Tourial app under Integrations > Slack, enabling real-time notifications when a tour viewer is cookied via your MAP or Tourial form submission.
Slack Integration
If you have a Slack instance, you can send engagement data directly to a single channel of your choice (e.g., #tourial-engagement).
Before setting up the integration, the first thing you need to do is create a Slack channel for the engagement data to send to.
To connect Tourial to Slack:
- 1.Go into Tourial App
- 2.Navigate to Integrations > Slack
- 3.Click Connect
- 4.Choose the channel
- 5.Done!
Now, if a tour viewer is cookied via your MAP (HubSpot, Marketo) or if Tourial has cookied the viewer through a Tourial form submission, then their engagement data will be sent to your Slack channel.
